When you request a SupportBot pilot, AIWF receives the contact and business-context information entered in the request form.

How it is used

AIWF uses that information to evaluate and respond to the request, plan an appropriate pilot scope, and protect the intake service from misuse.

Sharing and retention

AIWF does not sell information submitted through this website. Information may be processed by service providers that support website delivery and request handling, and retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

Your choices

Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in the pilot form. To ask about a submission or request its deletion, use the contact form and identify the request reference if one was provided.
